The past few weeks, it somehow feels like weekends aren’t enough anymore to rest and ‘reload’ myself with new energy for the coming working week.. Although I go to bed early and keep in mind that I have 8 hours of sleep, also those moments aren’t enough to feel less tired while being at work.. It honestly isn’t fun as I feel sleepy when returning at home after work. Sometimes I just fall asleep when sitting on the sofa, and it doesn’t matter if that’s before or after dinner, it just happens both moments… The only thing that ‘helps’ is being to busy to feel asleep, but then again, I feel so tired in the evening when going to bed that I can’t fall asleep.. And so it’s always something… I’m really counting down to holidays which will start September 1rst.. After this week, only 2 more weeks left.. Let’s hope I can keep it up and have enough energy for those 2 weeks..
